Ricky Rescue Training Academy has been serving the needs of Florida Firefighters since 2009. Co-Owners Chad Ketron and Jeromy VanderMeulen have over 30 combined years of firefighting experience, as well as State Certifications in all of the traditional and online courses that are offered at Ricky Rescue Training Academy.

As firefighters, we understand the need to keep our Florida Fire College Certifications current. We realized that being out of town for a week to attend class was not only a huge expense but often impossible due to fire department staffing.

Our Online Fire Officer Courses were designed specifically to help Florida firefighters succeed in achieving their career goals. They were also designed to be affordable and convenient. Our self-paced classes are completed either in a blended format or entirely online, using a curriculum that has been approved by the Bureau of Fire Standards. Upon completing the required series of courses and/or the Fire Officer Task Book, you will qualify to either test for a Florida State Fire College (FSFC) Certification or renew a current Florida Fire College certificate. We are confident that we provide the finest online instruction for the Fire College in the State of Florida.
