ICS-300: Intermediate Incident Management System
Prerequisites: FEMA requires that you successfully complete IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 prior to taking ICS-300.
Course Description
ICS-300: Intermediate Incident Management System provides advanced training for personnel who may serve in supervisory or command positions during expanding incidents. Participants will strengthen their understanding of the Incident Command System (ICS), incident management principles, resource management, and unified command through interactive instruction and practical exercises.
This course satisfies the Florida Bureau of Fire Standards and Training prerequisite for Fire Officer II certification.
